Our brownies will keep for at least 10 days if kept wrapped in a cool place - or even longer if frozen. Delicious on their own, they can also be gently warmed to release a rich chocolate aroma and served with whipped cream, ice cream, berries etc as a delicious impromptu dessert.

This is the recipe that started Sally White over 20 years ago. The perfect combination of ingredients creates a rich, mellow chocolate brownie with a crisp outer layer and a rich, fudge- like chocolate centre. A judicious pinch of Maldon sea salt and extract of vanilla adds an extra dimension.
